We have been very happy with the Cinderella incinerating toilet we have it in our tiny house Airbnb rental.. Was easy to install was missing a gear clap but we got one from town. Only thing we were disappointed in and the is why it was only 4/5 was the shipping costs just under $600 to ship to British Columbia and that they held back the order for over two weeks without notifying us . So very happy with the product but not super happy with the customer service .
