Warranty Information
Cinderella Warranty Coverage:
- 3-Year Warranty: Covers manufacture defects in materials or workmanship on all toilet models for leisure customers.
- 1-Year Warranty: For industrial or commercial applications (businesses, military bases, Airbnb, or rental units).
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear items (heater ring, fans, catalyst, spark plug, ash container insert, thermocouple, etc.).
- Incorrect installation, use, and handling.
- Lack of maintenance.
- Damage during transport not organized by Cinderella or their distributors.
- Damage caused by lightning strikes.
- Use of non-original bowl liners.
- Shipping and labour charges.

Shipping Information
Estimated Shipping Times: If your order is received before noon Eastern Time, it typically ships out within 24-48 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri), depending on stock and availability. Larger quantities that ship on a pallet may take longer.
We reserve the right to notify you of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of additional charges, you can modify or cancel your order for a full refund. Regions subject to a surcharge include, but are not limited to:
- Yukon
- Northwest Territories
- Nunavut
- The Islands of British Columbia
Receiving Your Order: Inspect your order immediately before the truck driver leaves or before signing off on the paperwork. If there are discrepancies or damage, note it on the paperwork and take pictures. Contact us immediately for assistance.
Remote Locations: For deliveries to remote locations, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order to review delivery options. Regions considered remote include Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and British Columbia.

Return Policy
We accept most unused and unopened merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Unused items with open boxes within 30 days of purchase will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please email shipping@offgriddistribution.com as soon as possible. Orders canceled before shipping will be refunded in full. If already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the order will be refunded less the original shipping cost upon receipt in good condition at our warehouse.
Refunds: Processed via the original payment method used, taking 2-5 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
