Designed and manufactured in Norway for over 25 years, Cinderella® is the only UL and NSF certified gas toilet in North America. Cinderella® are a family-owned company that is environmentally conscious and dependable. Emissions tests are so low on these units, they are considered non-pollutant.
The Cinderella® Freedom uses propane gas as an energy source to conduct the incineration process - making it perfect for off-grid applications! The fuel consumption on average is 0.45 lb/hr (0.2 kg/hr) or up to 180 grams per use and the power consumption is around 1.3A per incineration. Most customers average 75 flushes per 20lb tank. This unit runs at 9260 BTU/Hr and requires a connection to a 12v 10A(minimum) DC power supply to operate the control board, display screen and fans. There are few different ways to power your unit; please see examples below:

Cinderella® incineration toilets are easy to use, and the Cinderella® bowl liners safely transport the waste to the incineration chamber. This keeps the toilet hygienic and clean, compared to other options available on the market. Simply lift the lid and seat ring. Place an original Cinderella® bowl liner in the bowl and put the seat back down. Use the toilet as you would any toilet and close the lid when you are done. Press the “flush button” and the bowl liner, with its contents, is released into the incineration chamber below. The toilet is now ready for use and the process as described can be repeated.
The most important prerequisite for a well-functioning toilet is correct installation. We always recommend the gas supply be connected and tested by a specialist in accordance with your local codes and regulations and of course ensuring an external low-pressure regulator is installed. Since the unit is propane fuelled, it is required to be vented using UL-S636 pipes.

The Cinderella is designed primarily for residential homeowners or seasonal use properties with the same users such as cabins or cottages and has a 3-year standard warranty. For commercial applications or situations where there are users unfamiliar with the maintenance and operation using the Cinderella, a 1-year warranty applies. The Cinderella is a working machine, and requires proper installation, maintained and properly cared for by the end consumer. The time will come when a repair is required, and customers need to ensure they have a local resource available to provide that support.

I was supplied under warranty a new ignition cable, ignition control board and electrode. I replaced the control board and cable and tried to fire the burner since I had purchased and installed a new igniter about a year ago. The machine did not fire and went to the burner error display. I then installed the supplied igniter and was able to successfully fire the machine with no error and clean white ash. Hoorah!
Looked the same as the original unit. I replaced the Fenwal and new cable before changing the flame rod. Unit didn't fire until the new flame rod was installed.

This is a great addition to the Cinderella Toilet because the toilet itself is a little high off the ground. It makes the toilet much more comfortable. It’s light and easy to clean. The only thing that can make it better is if if folded it up.
Please Send liners in a plastic bag… the outer box got wet in the rain and liner boxes were damp … thanks

About Cinderella® Freedom
Cinderella Freedom is a propane-powered, water free incineration toilet that incinerates all toilet waste at high temperatures, producing a minimal amount of sterile ash. It is specially adapted for areas with limited or no access to the power grid. As with all toilets from Cinderella, the Cinderella Freedom doesn’t require water or sewage, thus saving costly sewage connections. The toilet is easy to install and comes with an easy-to-use LCD display which provides notifications and alerts when the ash container is full and should be emptied.
Cinderella Freedom is based on the same high quality that characterizes the Cinderella Comfort model, but uses propane gas instead of electricity to power the incineration process. This means that you can use your Cinderella Freedom incineration toilet even in areas where there is little or no access to 230V electrical power. The toilet is especially suitable for cabins that are not connected to the main power grid. All you need is 12V DC to control the electronics in the toilet.
